The Chairman said that the meet- ing had been convened for October 25 and was adjourned until yester day in order that the meeting be opened for discussion. He formally proposed that Liquidators' report and statement of accounts as pre- sented be adopted.

This proposition wus accorded by Mr. Chung Sa-yuet and was adopted. Mr. Leo d'Almada sald he was very grateful for the courtesy ex- Lendled to him as representing five of the contributories who de- sired to usk certain questions which had been sent to Mr. Seth. He understood that they had been formally considered by Mr. Seth who had prepared what purported to be answers to the questions. Mr. d'Almada continued he would put
