The tide-table given below has been obtained by ald of the Tide-pre- dieting Machine, which includes 40 components for the better prediction of tidos, from the result of the analysis of the tidal observations, taken at the Kowloon tidal observa- tory under the direction of Dr. Doberck during the years 1887, 1888 and 1389.,

The times and heights are given for Kowloon; but they may be used for the Victoria Naval Yard and Aberdeen, the differences being very amall.
