A ROARING FURNACE

A fire broke out last night at the Tai Shung paper factory, Aberdeen, the site of which has been purchased by the Government for the construc- tion of a new reservoir.

The outbreak started at about 0 o'cock in the factory warehouse, and soon big columns of smoke were issuing from the windows. These attracted the attention of the factory workers who live near by.
