It is learned from foreign sources this evening that the Kuominchun have occupied Lachokow, but de- tails of the occupation have not been ascertained. It does not ap- pear that there had been any severe Aghting. It is officially stated that the arrival of the eighth and thirteenth divisions nt Sincheng has considerably relieved the situa- tion, and official confidence is ex- pressed that the Kuominchun will soon be rooted out from Mihalen jand Tengfeng.
