Only a few months ago she alleged that the Court clerk owed her $500, and after her repeated request for the money had falled, the attacked the clerk and bit him, for which she was sent to jail. Previously to that she had been in the Lunatic Asylum.
To-day at the Kowloon Magistracy, through Mr. Yip, the Interpreter, she told Mr. T. S. Whyte-Smith that in his capacity as Magistrate, he should, "tell the rice dealers to lower their prices for a caity of rice, because if they didn't there would be a rebellion Boon!"
Mr. Whyte-Smith: That is not a matter for me to settle.
