In addition to investigating the central air-healing furnaces in com mon use in the United States, thọ En- gineering Experimant Station of the University of Illinois has also been studying the efficiency of commercial steam radiators and their enclosures 'and shields. This latter investigation was started in 1928, in conjunction with the National Boller and Radiator Illinois Master Plumbers' Association.
