NEW RADIO STATION

·Contract Signed With Chinese Government

San Francisco. Yesterday. The Dollar A. Co. has sign- ed a contract with the Chinese Government for the construc- tion of a large radio station at Shanghai, according to cable advicecs received here to-day.

The station will be part of the world-wide wireless system planned by the Dollar Line.

According to the contract, the Dollar Line is to pay the Chinese Government 90 per cent, of the amount of construc- tion expenses as a guarantee fund.

After the construction is completed, the Chinese Govern- ment will undertake to send all messages for the Dollar Line.
