Lady Heuth, one of a trio of famous airwomen which includes the Duchess of Bedford and Lady
Bailey, crashed whilst flying in her plane at Cleveland (Ohio) yester- day, and was seriously injured, says a Reuter's cable.
Lady Heath, who is a pianeer woman of the air, has lectured ex- tensively on the subject on both sides of the Atlantic, in an endea- vour to encourage aviation among {ber sisters. She has flown across

Lady Heath achieved a wonder- ful record for her sex when she flew alone from Cape Town to England in 1927. She left South Africa on February 12, and arrived at Croydon on May 17. On October 4 of the same year, she reached the record altitude of 23,000 feet flying above Croydon.

Judgment was delivered against the Oriental Loan Association, No. 1, On Lap-street, by his Honour the Paisne Judge (Mr. Justice Wood) in Supreme Court, Summary Jurisdiction, this morning.
