It has been learned from an authoritative source that heavy re- ductions in personnel will be made in the units of the Royal Austra- lian. Artillery and the Royal Aus- tralian Engineers stationed in the wealth. Three hundred warrant officers and men will be discharged and officers will be transferred to other duties. These are permanent | troops, and the approximate num bers of their personnel are:- Royal Australian Artillery, 600; Royal Australian Engineers, 125.
