That all the 35 persons found aboarð her cargo yeasel were her relatives was the statement made at the Marine Court this morning by a mistress of a cargo boat who was charged with carrying passengers when her licence only permitted cargo to be carried.
Mr. Horace Lo, who appeared for the accused, contorded that yesterday (the day aceised was arrested) was the seventh day of the seventh moon which was always recognised by boat people in ceremonious custom. They usually cruised the harbour with Chinese priests on board.
