The launch was of a quiet nature, but Mrs. Haggard was sup ported on the launching platform by Admiral Haggard, many of the Bri- tish and foreign officers stationed. în the town, and by Commander C. D. Craven, the managing director of the works, with the principal Barrow members of his staff.
