Jonah Cox, above, border patrol agent, was absolved from blame in con- nection with the shooting of Archibald Euster, aged 21, at Detroit, by inves tigators when one of Euster's com- panions, Frank Cooper, admitted that he, Euster and others were running liquor across the border into the United States.
