A note has beer sent by Dr. Wang, Minister for Foreign Affairs, to the American Legation in Peking requesting the deportation of Hallett Abend, Peking correspondent of the "New York Times."

The charge against the correspon; dent, as set forth in the note, is "de' liberate fabrication" in regard to the following declaration published in the "New York Times" of April 25, 1929.
