TIN WASTE

THE CO-OPERATION QUESTION

DISCUSSED

Mr. Frank Lochner has returned to England with Sir Cyril Butler from an extensive tour through the tin produc ng areas of the Far East. situation.

This, he declared, can be done partly by employing up-to-date methods, but chiefly by bringing the 250 or so Eure-
