THE KING LEAVES BOGNOR.-By car for Windsor. A wonderful farewell, cheering crewds along the route. Their Majesties the King and Queen left Craigwell-house, Bognor, where the King had been recuperating for the past 13 weeks, for Windsor Castle, Bucks. Thousands gathered along the route to bid farewell. HM the King is seen in his car bidding farewell to Canon Sacre, Chairman of the Bognor Urban District Council, and other officials at the Eastern Grandstand on the promenade along which the King slowly passed,

THE KING RETURNS HOME.-Back to Windsor Castle, happy, smiling, and restored to health, and given an enthusiastic reception by dense crowds. Windsor was en fete on May 15, when Their Majesties the King and Queen arrived by car from Bognor, where His Majesty had been recuperating for the past 13 weeks. Never before had such crowds been seen at the historic little town ard a wonderful welcome was given along the route. Here is a general view of the reception at Windsor showing His Majesty being greeted on arrival by the Mayor of Windsor in front of Queen Victoria's statue at Castle Hill.

HUGE CROWDS AT NEWCASTLE-As escort for the Prince of Wales, who found Newcastle-on-Tyne alive with enthusiasm when he arrived there on May 14 to open the magnificent North-East Coast Exhibition of In- dustry, Science and Art--the Wembley of the North-crowds following his Royal Highness as he toured the exhibition and grounds. The Prince of Wales is seen walking through the enormous crowd that attended the opening ceremony.

THE PRINCE OF WALES.-Huge crowds at Newcastle as his escort. His Royal Highness found Newcastle-on- Tyne alive with enthusiasm when he arrived there on May 14 to open the magnificent North-East Coast Ex- hibition of Industry, Science and Art-the Wembley of the North. Crowds followed him as he toured the exhibi- tion and grounds. Photo shows the Prince of Wales making his opening speech.
