Tokyo, Saturday. The "Asahi's" special correspon- dent at Seoul reports the arrest of 160 Koreans, who are alleged to have been plotting against the administration with the assistance of a group of alien Radicals.

A large quantity of revolvers, bombs and documents was also seized, according to the report.
