So Club Secretaries-please note this Rule must be altered to con- form with E. F. A. Rules and the concluding para of Rule 17, page 46, must be amended to read that "in the event of two clubs being equal in points at the head of the table the superior goal average will decide the championship."
This is sound football common sense and there is no reason why the Hong Kong F.A. should depart from this Rule which has been care- fully thought out by the parent body-the E. F. A.-and which has 'decided for greater issues each season in other circles than that of the Hong Kong Football League championship.
