He has 180 day's night (private borne the brant of the fray for over a decade and seen epidemics I need not come, fought and go. go into detail and would mention here only the great vaccination campaign of 1928 which owed much of its success to Dr. Tso's labours.

His Worship was asked to take a serious view of the case.
