Cresare Sabelli, who hari heen planning on a New York to Rome

Hight, finds himself in the pusilion of not having a 'plane to fly in.

He is suing the Bellanca company for $250,000, claiming that they

took his plane when he only had $1,300 more to pay. fie: further

states that he had spent thousands in money and effort arranging

the flight and is losing the money which was to be paid by one pas-

senger for the privilege of making the flight.

ment as Secretary of Navy in President

Hoover's Cabinet, Mr. Adams is wide-

ly known as an amateur yachtsman.

divorce and subsequent marriage to her banker husband.

Pensions Granted

The House of Representatives Pension Committee has granted

the sum of $1,800 a year to Mrs. Leonard Wood, widow of the former

Governor-General of the Philippines, and $5,000 to Mrs. Woodrow

Wilson, widow of the former President of the United States.
