Judgment for the defendant, with costs, was (giv'n in the Supreme Court, Admiralty Jurisdiction yes- terday, by the Chief Justice (Sir| Henry Gollan, C‚B,E., KC.), in the case in which Messrs. Cheung Wo & Co., ship chandlers, sued the Chi- nese sa. "Poo Tye" (owned by Mr. Chan Tsan-yuk), for $3,077.81, for necessaries alleged to have been supplied....
His Lorship, id he regretted that plaintiffs should have to suffer as much as they had because they had acted in perfectly good faith, but he did not "think they had! brought the ability home to the defendant.
