London, Jan. 1. The Great Western Railway Co. and the National Omnibus and Transport Co. announce an agree ment between them under which new company has been formed with an authorised capital of £1,000,000 to take over all road.vervices for passengers now being, run by the respective partles in an agreed aren in the western countries.

The agreement, which has been rendered possible by the new road powéra recently confirmed on the [railway -companies by Parliament, will effect a co-ordination of mond and rail transport facilities in the West of England.
