ANDREW'S DAY FESTIVITIES IN HONG KONG.-St. Andrew's Day: was followed by the 8th and last extra race meeting of the Hong Kong Jockey Club, at which all the events bar one were named in honour of Scotland and the principal event of the day was the St. Andrew's Stakes (see below).
