According to this document the Maru, Seebeck A.-G. goes over as a whole to the Deechimag, with, however, the exclusion of liquida- tion. The Deschimag guarantees to the "former Seebeck share- holders equal amount of Deschimag shares for their See- beck shares, that is to say, for five Seebeck shares of a nominal value; of 200 Reichsmarks each, one Deschimag share of the nominal value of 1,000 Reichsmarks. The exchange takes place free of cost and stamp duty to the Seebeck shareholders. In connection with this fusion, the Deschimag does not propose to make any increase in its capital.
