The tenth annual report of the Humber District Association::of Chartered Shipbrokers states that a close watch has been kept by the council: upon matters relating to the' well-being of the shipbrokering profession, and careful “attention" has been given from time to time upon subjects dealing with the Humber ports and shipping gen- |erally. "There has, as usual, been close collaboration with the Cham- ber of Shipping and other bodies, and members of the council › are | closely associated with the Joint Dock Standing and other commit- tees, connected with the Chamber of Shipping, and useful service has been rendered in these directions.
There has also been co-operation | with the dock authorities, Humber Timber Trados Federation, the coal exporters, and other bodies upon various matters.
