take and Craigengower won home the flag. They have not done anything startling during the sea- son; but they have been the best balanced team in the first division. Critics always carp at figures but playing home and away "facts are chlela that winas ding"-Played 9 won 9 fost 0 drawn 0-They are turning out their full, side to play Club de Recreio "A" at Kowloon to-morrow in a friendly game and that should be the best game on view.
I said last week that I expect ed the Civil Servants to roll up their sleeves and give Taikoo at shock. They did; and they did it in no uncertain manner. They are u good side and I can't see why the bottom of the they are at league, but it seems to me the old
story, we can't all win.
In the Second Division the Civil Service Seconds went down badly at Kowloon against the Recreio "A." They still have the lead and with a fairly easy programme ought to finish first, but it will be a good fight. They feel that it is up to them to get promotion to make up for the first team's fall.
