Mr. Meyer explained that Mr. Colman purchased, one pair of glasses on December 31, 1927, for $21.50 (which amount he did not pay)' and on March 28, 1928, he came down to the office with the glasses, one of the lenses of which had been broken, and asked that a one be made. He laid the 28 new
