RIGHT TO MARRY.

YOUTHFUL FACTORY WORKER GOES ON STRIKE.

IN JAPAN.

Tokyo, Aug. 1. The right of girl employers of factories in Japan to marry has long been a bone of contention be- tween the workers and manufac turers. Recently 950 girls employ- ed by the Tokyo Muslin Company went on strike and presented eight' demands to the factory owners, the principal one being "freedom of marriages among the employees," | The employers came to terms in) three days and now romance reigns Hupreme.

Somera told the court, ordered her to prepare a solution of 10 per cent, cocaine and a mixture of adrenalin. She said Dr. Bartolome filled the first syringe with the medicine she prepared by order of Dr. Favis, She added that the other two syringes were filled by Miss Montinola, a student nurse in the hospital.

As a nurse,, Miss Somera told the court, she could not determine how much of that medicine would be fatal or suf- ficient for a given patient. She said she thought that the percent- age of the medicine varied with the power of resistance of a patient. The hearing was post- poned until further assignment.
