Present intentions are that the lotilla should leave Hong Kong on Sunday, bound for Malta and then for Home followed by "Curlew" on Monday, bound for Home for re- fitting.

There are nine vessels in the

Rotilla, as follow:-

H.M.S. "Keppel." flotilla leader, "Wishart," "Verity," "Veteran," "Wanderer," "Witherington," "Wild Swan," "Wivern," "Wolverine."

The lender is of 1,750 tons and 40,000 I.H.P., carrying five 4.7 inch guns and one 3 inch anti-aircraft gun.

"Wishart" is of 1,350 tons and are of 30,000 L.M.P. The others 1,325 tons and 27.000 1.H.P. Each carries four 4.7 Inch guns.

"Curlew" is of 4,190 tons and 40,000 I.H.P., carrying five inch guns, two 3.inch anti-aircraft guns and four 3-pounders.

Captain E. C. O. Thomson, D.S.O. is the officer commanding the 3rd destroyer flotilla. Captain H. C. Allen is the officer command- ing H.M.S. "Curlew."

The destroyers arrived in Hong Kong on Oct. 15, 1926, and have been attached to the China Station since, having been lent from the Mediterranean Station, like "Cur- lew." The destroyers should have left in May, but were kept back as the result of unrest in China.
