GENERAL CHEUNG WAI- CHEUNG, a young officer in the Canton Army who was educated in America. He is best known to Hong Kong for his work in connection with preliminary investiga- tion into commercial aviation prospects. He is in charge of the Canton Air Force- (Ying Ming).
