ANNUAL RIFLE MEETING. ·

Orders issued to-day by Lt. Col. L. G. Bird, D.S.0., Commandant, for the Hong Kong Volunteer Do- fence. Corps, read as follow:-

Arms.

Rifles and bayonets are to be kept at either Corps or Platoon Headquarters, all those who have not returned their rifles will do so at ance.

Annual Rifle Meeting. The Annual Corps Rifle Meeting will take place at Stonecutters Range on April 8 and 9, 1928.

Launches will leave Murray Pier at 8 a.m., 8.30 n.m., 9.30 a.m., and 1.30 p... calling at Kowloon Pier ten minutes later.

The Battery.

The Battery will parade for in- struction at 5,25 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 1928. It is expected of all members that they will make a special effort to attend the remain. ing drills of this season.

Musketry: The Battery will fire Part I. Table "T" at Stonecutters Range on Sunday, April 15, 1928. Range Officer: 2/Lieut. N. L. H. Railton.

Royal Artillery Association: A Smoking Concert in connection with above will be held In the R.E. Theatre on the evening of April 20. Win all ranks please keep that date free. Full particu- lara later.
