Meanwhile the squabble in the Nationalist ranks for control goes on, and Hankow may yet be the scene of a set-to among local fac- tions.

Further difficulties are being experienced by the Chinese who are attempting to administer the ex-British Concessions at Hankow and Kiukiang. The lack of money, of course, is one of the major troubles...
