Shanghai, Nov. 16. Further evidence was heard by the Coronar, Mr. I. T. Morris in H. M. Police Court yesterday after noon at the continuation of the in- quest proceedings upon Mrs. E. T. Forestier who died at the Country Hospital on Sunday, November 6 as a result of an attack raade upon her by an unknown assaltant four days earlier with an axe,;"
Evidence was taken from Mr. J. Parsons, of the Salt Revenue De- partment, Chinese Government, hus- band of one of the lady friends who had arranged to play mah jongg with the deceased lady on the after- noon of the attack, and from Mrs. N.
