Fengtien reinforcements are pouring out in trainloads from Peking towards that part of the Great Wall of China where the latest war has broken out. That the campaign will be on a large scale is indicated, but a very significant report is that the Fengtien forces are withdrawing towards Peking. Latest developments along the Yangtze River are described below.
