European Consumption. From the Board of Trade' liguran to, end July of rubber imports to home ports, Mesars, Bymington and Sinclair calculate United Kingdom consumption for the first seven months of the year to have amount ed to 25,635 tons; against 23,629 tons in 1926. The deliveries to home trade for July were disap pointingly small at only 1,228 tons, against 5,505 tons in June.

Total exports from the United Kingdom from Jan. 1-to end July are 47,107 tons, against 32.745 tons for the same period last year. In round figures, 4,000 tons more have gone to the USA., 600 tons to tons to Germany, and 8,750 tons to Belgium, 1,000 tons to Italy, 4,600 Russia. The increase in European consumption will certainly have an important bearing on the statistics at the end of the year.
