HARBOUR OFFENCES.

THREE BOAT MASTERS- FINED.

Three minor Harbour offences were dealt with by Lt. Comdr. R. F. Hole, R.N., Marine Magistrate, this morning.

Ng Choi-fuk, master of a fishing boat, was charged with using bright lights for the purposes of fishing on June 25,

Ng Talyan, another master of a fishing vessel, was similarly charg edi

Kwok San-pu, master of Macao lighter No. 3211 V., was charged with not having a licence and un- lawfully anchoring in the central Fairway, thereby causing an ob- struction.

All pleaded guilty and were fined.

£7,000,000 CLAIM REJECTED.
