A Communist plot to bomb the British Legation was told to the nuthorities by a Communist tailor named Kavandas, who gave the ad- dress of two Communists alleged to have been involved. The police searched the house and found no- thing, but fire dynamite cartridges were discovered in Kavandas' lodg ing. The informer and the two men denounced were arrested.- Reuter.,
