London, May 21. The Yorkshire police raided to day the Otley Rowling Club, from which a Derby sweep, under the designation of the Otley Derby Mutual Subscription Fund, was being run, and seized two sackfuls
of letters which arrived this morn- in by mail, and account books.
Mr. Britton, the Club's Sécre- tary, was arrested and charged un- der the Gaming Act, and remanded, ball being allowed in £200.
It was mentioned in the course of the proceedings that about £20,000 had been banked, and it WAN estimated that there was £10,000 in the morning mail.

6. No responsibility is accepted for loss or delay in the pont. All
