1 cruisers' championship, these two boats having, tied for first place

GODOWN BLAZE.

A fire broke cut in a godown in Sa Yuen Lane on Saturday. The godown was well alight. before the firemen arrived and it took a stin fight to subdue the flames. Most of the goods worth $10,000 were saved. from the flames but a large percen tage was damaged by water.

No particulars as to insurance are available.
