In the course of an interesting annual report, Mr. George S. Zimmern, the Honorary Secre- tary referred to the extensive repairs that had been carried through during the course of the period under review. The cost had been heavy-over $1,500 having been spent, but, thanks to the money raised by socials, concerts and recitals, the debt had been wiped out.

Mr. Zimmern referred eulogis- tically to the success of the Ladies Guild and the recently formed St. Peter's Church Young" Men's Club, the latter organisa- tion now having a membership, of lover 200,

Reference was also made to the recent visit of the Bishop of

London, and to that of Mr. F. Z. Koo earlier in the year, both af which had been, an inspiration to fall members of the congregation.

The Accounts.

Mr. H. A. Allen, the Honorary Treasurer presented the accounts for the year. These showed that a balance of $555 had been brought forward from 1925.

The accounts were duly adopted.

Elections of Oficials. After a ballot, the following lay members were elected for the Church Council, it having been decided to increase the member- Eship from 6 to 8:

Miss R. Mow Fung, Mr. H ́A. Allen, Mr. A. L. Quarrel, Mr.. A. W. Miller, Dr. H. G. Earle, M.A., Ch.B., Mr. G. S. Zimmeri,. Miss Pope and Miss Yung.

The Government having made March 7, and it is earnestly hoped that request visits had been made that members will do their utmost

Five prospective sites had been selected, and one of them could be chosen.
