In the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon, Mr. C. G. Alabaster, K.C., replied to the arguments of Mr. Bidon Potter, KC regarding the arbitration, the award of which, as reported yesterday, Mr. Potter seeks to set aside. Mr. Alabaster sub mitted that a letter of March 4 was evidence of the award having been accepted and that it was now too inte for it to be set aside. Dealing with the question of "legal miscon- duct," Mr. Alabaster said that there was nothing to show that Mr. Col- bourne "Little, as arbitrator, had neted illegally. The Chief Justice reserved judgment.
