London. October 12.. The coal strike caused a big re- duction in tonnage on the sipa. According to Lloyds the tonnage under construction in Britain and on September 30 was Freland 774,797 tons which is 68,541 Jesu than at the end of Juno, and 234,000 less than twelve months лка.
