The tide table given below hwa been obtained by ald of the Tide predicting, Machine, which cludes 40 components for the better prediction of Hides, from the re sult of the anatyals of the tidal observations, takon at the Kaulung tidal observatory under the dirse tion of Dr. Doberck during the years 1887, 1888, and 1889.
The times and heights are given for Kaulung; but they may be used. for the Victori. Naval yard and Aberdeen, the differences being very small.
The times of high-and low-water must not be considered to coincide with the timos of slagk-water and change of current, the two
