Owing to the storm in the early part of the week despoiling, most. of the bowling greens, the con- dition of which was made worse by the more or less continuous rain since-lasting in fact, up to 3 pm on Saturday-not a single League game could be played on the Hongkong side.

On the Kowloon Cricket Club ground a Second Division match was played between the East -Point Recreation Club and the Civil Service Cricket Club, the Clubs concerned mutually agree ing to play on neutral ground.
