In the afternoon. Hagen the fourth and Mitchell, won the full sixth, Hagen turning one up. Hagen holed a ten yard putt af the thirteenth, making him two up, but Mitchell squared, winding the 14th and 15th."

Hagen had a fine four at the sixteenth, and regained the lead (of one). Mitchell, curting his segond at the seventeenth into the roadway was unable to halve. Hagen thus winning by 2 and 1. Reuter.

REPORT REVEALS EXCELLENT RESULTS.

Greater Patronage By Public.

As may be seen below, the annual report of the Hongkong Football Association discloses a | very gratifying result as the but- come of the past. senson's work- ing The glime is undoubtedly growing in popularity year by year, and with several the trophies offered for competition there is no lack of encouragement for players.

In spite of the fact that the year under review was adversely affected by strike and boycott conditions is pleasing to be able to report that the gate receipts show a substantial nerense. The returns from the Charity Cup com- petition were also higher. Taking everything into consideration the Association officials had a souson of which they may be proud, and they cun pass on tp their successore in office an unfarnished record.
