Norman, former, ad- vertising manager of the "China: Press, against the Press had been with malicious intent and was: written in a manner to indicate that. the "China Press was dishonest. in dealing with its employes...

Mr. Tycho Wing... representing the "China Press," declared the version of the suit rendered in the "North China" was "glossed" to damage the Press and that, since. the "North China based its story entirely on Mr. Norman's petition it did so at its own risk..

The petition was filed in the American Court and Mr. M. Reader: Harria, representing the North. China a declared that: any one could see a petition filed in the American Court and that consequently the "North China” was fully justified in using a story about it..
