The Directors in their report for the half-year ending June 30, 1925, state-

The net profit of the Bank for the past half-year, after providing for all bad and doubtful debts, rebate on bills, etc, shows Yen of Yon 14,568,528 inclusive 6,417.952 brought forward from last account.

The Directors propose that Yen 3,000,000 be added to the Reserve Fund, and recommend a dividend at the rate of twelve per cent. per annum, which will absorb Yen 16,000,000,

The balance, Yen 5,568,628 will be carried forward to the credit of next account.

THE YARN TRADE.

Japan and Lancashire Trade.
