With reference to the offer of new shares dated the 15th May 1925 (made to the existing share holders of the Company) by the terms of which the sum of $7.50 A Quantity of Blackwood Ware per share was to be paid on the 80th June 1925 and the sum of $5.00 on the 80th September 1925 the directors have decided (in view of the present condition of affairs) to extend these dates.

.The date for payment of the first instalment is accordingly ex- tended until the 20th September 1925 and the date for payment of the second Instalment until the 81st December 1925.

As regards shareholders who take advantage of these extended times the new shares allotted to them will rank for dividend as from the 1st October 1925 in re- spect of half the nominal value thereof and as from the 1st Jan- uary 1926 in respect of the full nominal value thereof.
