With reference to the offer of new shares dated the 15th May 1925 (made to the existing share- holders of the Company) by the terms of which the sum of $7.50 per share was to be paid on the 30th June 1925 and the sum of $6.00 on the 30th September 1925 the directorS have decided (in view of the present condition of afairs) to extend these dates.

The date for payment of the. Arst instalment is accordingly ex- tended until the 30th September 1925 and the date for payment of the second instalment until the 31st December 1925.

As regards shareholders who take advantage of these extended, times the new sbares allotted, to them will rank for dividend as from the 1st October 1925 in re- spect of half the nominal value thereof and as from the 1st Jan- uary 1926 in respect of the full nominal value thereof.
