NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company, will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, Queen's Building, Victoria, Hongkong on TUESDAY, the 2nd day of June, 1925, at 11 o'clock in the forencon, when the subjoined Resolutions which were passed as Extraordinary Resolutions at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on the 18th day of May, 1825, will be proposed for confirmation as Special Resolutions," viz,:-"

ciation of the 'Company be altered in manner following that is to say, by the deletion of Article 17 and by the substitution therefor of the following article, namely:-
