While blasting operations were being carried out Kowloon yesterday, a piece of rock was hurled to a public place in Shang. hai Street, seriously injuring a Chinese woman in the head. The woman was removed to the Kwong Wah Hospital and later to the Government Civil Hospital, but she died late in the afternoon.
